Read from your own vault's history. Refreshed weekly.
| Measure | Value | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Your saved sessions | 603 | Every one is a point you could return to |
| Mine | 5 | This is your system, not one I run for you |
| Days you used it | 44 of 51 | Not a streak. A habit |
| Last two weeks | 11 of 14 | Down from 13 of 14. Still the pattern, slightly cooler |
| Named changes, not automatic saves | 161 | Things you asked for by name, out of 603 |
| Longest gap | 3 days | Over the 1 to 7 September stretch |
Most people use one of these hard for a week and then stop. You built a rhythm instead. A brief in a fresh thread each morning, a wrap at the end. That is the whole trick and you found it yourself.
Files changed per area since 1 August.
| Area | Touches | What lives there now |
|---|---|---|
| Today and the daily brief | 151 | The rhythm. The single most used thing you have |
| Projects | 144 | Steel Keel, the SOWs, the health log, the job search |
| People | 136 | Including the running defect list you keep for me |
| Loops | 115 | Open threads you are tracking rather than holding in your head |
| Work | 42 | Klugo, Doozy, TotalWorks, Can-Am |
| Family | 37 | Kids, schools, teams, financial aid |
| Money | 10 | The lightest lane by a distance |
Your seven ranked priorities, seven weeks on. Worth arguing with me about.
| # | What you ranked | Where it is |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Kids' schedules, two schools, three teams | partly Calendar connected and you log to it. Family lane built 1 Sep, not filled yet |
| 2 | Parent groups and volunteer tasks | lane built 1 Sep The PTO gap you named. Family lane now exists to hold it |
| 3 | The divorce list | running Private lane, local only, working as designed |
| 4 | Wealth advisor and investment research | lane built 1 Sep Still your lightest lane. Estate planning has started |
| 5 | Executive support, the EA-shaped work | running Klugo, Doozy, the SOWs. Your heaviest use by far |
| 6 | Stress testing and hole punching | barely You have the command and rarely use it. Biggest easy win |
| 7 | Board participation | running Doozy board work is live in the vault |
What was not on the list at all. Naming and filing a company. SOWs with legal boilerplate. A job search with three assessments. A nutrition log accurate to the label. None of it existed as a topic in July and together it is most of what you now do. That is the signal, not the ranking.
You have sixteen commands installed. A handful carry almost everything.
| Command | Status |
|---|---|
| brief, wrap, capture | the core, daily |
| stress-test | idle, and you asked for it |
| shape, research, prep | occasional |
| meeting, draft, learn, loops, bucket | rare |
Not a reason to use more of them. Most tools should be idle. /stress-test is here because you asked for it in the intake and never picked it up.
Compiled by hand today. Once it runs weekly it shows change rather than a snapshot, so a lane going quiet shows up in week two instead of month three.
A system like this does not break. It gets opened less, and there is no alarm for that.
